How can I place a booking?

How do I know how much it will cost?

We have a price guide located on the page for all equipment, choose different options to customize your needs.

Ok but, I have requests that are not listed?

That's ok you can still use our inquiry form, just put your requests in the “additional comments” section and we’ll do our best to accommodate everything when booking. Alternatively you can send us an email info@resonantmusic.com.au

Is there a minimum or maximum hire period?

We have a minimum of one day but you are more than welcome to hire for as long as you want. This is subject to availability but equipment hired for longer periods have greater discounts applied.

    What's involved?

After we have issued and agreed the final quote for hire, we require the following to complete the order:

    • One form of current photo identification such as a driver’s licence, proof of age identity card, passport or student card.

    • Two current utilities or other official documents as proof of current address.

    • One current credit card for payment and deposit imprint.

    • If the person nominated on the hire form will not be collecting the equipment, we require advance warning and additional information.

Can I pay after I have returned the equipment?

Payment is required in full prior to the hire.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Acceptable forms of payment are EFTPOS and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard accepted).

Is there a bond I have to pay when hiring?

Yes, there is a bond for hiring all equipment ($50 for our cheaper items, $100 for most equipment and $200 for expensive or rare equipment).

Can I pay cash for the bond?

No, the bond must be paid with either eftpos or credit card.

How does the bond process work?

    1. When finalising payment for your booking you will be charged the bond amount, this will appear as “BOND” on your confirmation email.

    2. Once the item has been returned and assessed you’ll be refunded this amount.

Do you have terms for hire?

Yes, we have a bond when hiring but this only covers fees associated with cleaning, minor defects and late returns and is not sufficient for covering the cost of lost or damaged equipment. Please read our terms and conditions for all this information.

Do you provide any technical services?

Included with every delivery service of hired equipment is a complimentary 15 minutes tutorial with one of our experienced technicians. Additional time with a technician can be purchased in 30-minute increments. Technician services are not always available when selecting a pick up/ drop off collection method.

It is important to note: that should you require technical services, your request should be made well in advance to allow us to ensure they will be available – due to the busy nature of the industry Resonant Music cannot guarantee availability of these additional technician services at all times.

    What do these services involve?

Our 15 minute tutorial will give you a basic understanding of how to connect and use the gear. If you require extra time please let us know and we can organise to show you the in’s and out’s with everything the gear is capable of.
